3. Driver Applications and Recruiting
- Submitting a driver application does not guarantee employment, qualification, route assignment, pay, miles, equipment, approval, or start date.

- Additional verification, documentation, background, safety, insurance, employment, and regulatory checks may be required.
- Any pay, gross, mileage, approval, or timeline examples are estimates only unless confirmed in a written agreement signed by DB8 Cargo.

A quote is not binding unless DB8 Cargo confirms it in writing and any required shipment details, terms, availability, and compliance requirements are accepted. Rates, equipment availability, transit times, pickup and delivery dates, and service details may change.
5. DB8 Quiz Carrier Recruiting Leads
The DB8 Quiz is designed to collect carrier recruiting needs and help DB8 Cargo prepare a recruiting plan. Submitting the quiz does not guarantee a specific number of applicants, hires, driver quality, start dates, advertising performance, or recruiting outcome. Lead scoring such as HOT, WARM, or NURTURE is used only to help prioritize follow-up and does not make employment, credit, housing, or other legally significant decisions.
6. SMS/Text Messaging Terms
If you opt in, you consent to receive recurring text messages from DB8 Cargo related to driver recruiting, job applications, carrier recruiting leads, DB8 Quiz follow-up, freight or service requests, reminders, and related communications.
We do not sell, rent, or share mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in data, or text message consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. We may share this information with service providers that help us operate messaging and comply with law.
7. Email and Other Communications
By submitting contact information, you authorize DB8 Cargo to contact you by phone, email, text, or other channels about your request, application, quote, recruiting lead, or related services.
